Navismare Yachtlogistic was founded in 1996, making it one of the longest-established yacht delivery companies in the industry. In almost three decades our skippers have safely delivered more than 900 yachts, covering some 580,000 nautical miles – across the Mediterranean, the Atlantic, the North Sea and Baltic Sea, and worldwide.
Do you also deliver at short notice?
Yes – provided route, weather window and crew can realistically be planned. For urgent enquiries we immediately check availability and feasibility. Short notice never means cutting corners on safety. We tell you early and clearly what is possible – and what is not.
Do you sail on her own keel or ship the yacht?
Navismare delivers yachts on their own keel. For special cases we discuss alternatives in the first conversation.
What information do you need for a quote?
Yacht type and size, start and destination, and your preferred timeframe – easiest via our enquiry form.
How does the handover work?
Before departure: a technical check of all safety-relevant systems. During the delivery: regular contact. At the destination: a structured handover with documentation, logbook entries and a concise passage report. You know exactly what happened along the way.
Sailing yacht or motor yacht – does it make a difference?
Yes. They differ considerably in daily-run planning, range and weather windows. For motor yachts, fuel logistics along the route are decisive; for sailing yachts, the wind situation. That is why we always assess yacht and waters individually in advance.
Do you provide skipper and crew?
Yes. You can hire an experienced delivery skipper or request a complete crew. Our skippers are certified, insured and know their waters from personal experience – Mediterranean, Atlantic or North Sea.
Why do you stress that this is “not a holiday cruise”?
Because safety, watch systems, weather windows and responsibility come first. That is the basis for predictable results – and a professionally executed yacht delivery is definitely not a holiday cruise.
